About · beremennost.uz
A week-by-week pregnancy calendar for Uzbekistan, a due date calculator with your personal checkup timeline, a 0–24 month child development calendar and a Telegram companion.
How we count weeks
Pregnancy is counted from the first day of your last period, not from conception. "Week 20" on this site means you are 20 weeks pregnant, that is 20 weeks and 0 to 6 days. This matches how doctors and midwives talk about your dates.
Trimesters follow the common clinical definition: first trimester up to 13 weeks 6 days, second from 14 to 27 weeks 6 days, third from 28 weeks. Early term starts at 37 weeks, full term at 39 weeks and post-term at 42 weeks.
How the due date is calculated
We add 280 days to the first day of your last period and adjust for cycles that are not 28 days. From a conception date we add 266 days. If your doctor has already given you a due date from an ultrasound, use that; it is the most accurate.
Where the information comes from
Schedules follow the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan clinical protocol "Normal pregnancy" and the national screening and vaccination calendars; sizes and milestones are typical averages from WHO growth standards and widely used clinical guidance. Your own care provider's plan always takes precedence.
Content is written from the clinical protocols of the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan and WHO guidance, and is awaiting review by a medical professional.
Your privacy
The website does not save the dates you enter: they are used only to calculate your week on the page and are not sent to us. The Telegram bot keeps the dates you give it so it can send your digests; you can delete them at any time with the /delete command.
