How the due date is calculated
We add 280 days (40 weeks) to the first day of your last period, the standard method doctors use. If your cycle is longer or shorter than 28 days, we adjust by the difference.
From a conception date
Conception is usually about two weeks after the period starts, so we add 266 days to the conception date.
From a scan
An early ultrasound is the most accurate way to date a pregnancy. If your doctor gave you a due date, enter it and we count backwards from there.
